Colin Fleming & Company was established in 1986. Our firm's record of success and dedication to satisfying clients needs has given us the reputation as the market leader in Central Queensland for providing "value" in legal services.

Our firm now specialises in Property Development and Buying and Selling Property and also provides services in the other areas of law as listed on our services page.

Our team is highly experienced and most hold tertiary qualifications. Our Continual Improvement Program ensures that all of our staff are regularly involved in training to enable them to provide the best value to our clients. Recognising that each client is different enables our team to treat our clients as individuals and really care for their legal problems as if they were their own.

Recognising that there are not many opportunities for students to experience a work environment before making that crucial career decision, Colin Fleming & Company has an "open door" policy for accepting work experience students. We are proud to have been able to provide this opportunity to at least 8 students every year.

A sense of community is not always easy to portray when in business. Colin Fleming & Company has achieved this through its active donation program providing necessary funds to a multitude of charities and organisations. The Salvation Army, Lions Special Childrens Christmas Appeal, Royal Childrens Hospital Fund and many others have all been recipients from our donation program each year.
