Inquests
An inquest is an inquiry made by a Magistrate, acting as a Coroner, as to the circumstances of the death of a person.
We can help by:
• assisting in providing evidence to be presented to the Coroner explaining the circumstances of the death.
• cross examining witnesses, and otherwise be involved in the investigation by the Coroner, for the purpose of obtaining evidence upon which to base a claim, by those surviving the deceased, of compensation for the death, or alternatively assist in avoiding such a finding, depending upon our instructions. |
