Flexible Work Arrangements
Colin Fleming & Company provides the option of a 9 day fortnight for those staff seeing value in this arrangement. Our flexible approach to work arrangements enables our staff to pursue their home and personal interest outside of work.
Professional Development
Colin Fleming & Company is committed to providing an environment where both professional and administrative staff can pursue their professional development. We have a commitment to attending many of the Continuing Legal Education programs provided by the Queensland Law society.
Billable Hours
The average daily billable hour requirement for all professional staff has been established at 5.7 hours since 2000. As a result of this reasonable requirement, our professional staff have no pressure other than to provide quality and cost effective advice to our clients. Being able to achieve these targets and meet goals equate to staff that are happier and more productive.
